Our approach is holistic, which involves identifying the factors that could enable or disable your initiative, and system designed, which is based on the understanding that we all operate in systems, whether it is a family/whanau system, an organisation, a community, a project, or an initiative. Our specialty is to quickly understand your situation, design an approach based on the system you are operating within, and deliver a holistic plan for achieving your goals.
Strategy design, development, and implementation

We offer a variety of strategies that will be designed to suit your need, including:
- Corporate strategy – the design of vision and mission statements, the development of strategic plans, and the setup of implementation roadmaps.
- Business model transformation – a wider span than strategy, looking at a range of organisational and operational elements and how they interact to achieve a common goal, such as value propositions, policy, strategies and plans, and organisational structures.
- Organisational strategy – designing organisational structures and corporate governance, assessing organisational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, developing human capital strategies, and supporting strategic change management programmes.

Troubleshooting for projects and organisations
Do you have a project or issue in your organisation and need some help to determine why it is stuck or troublesome? Do you have a failing project or initiative and need to close it with good rationale?
We provide a variety of services to identify what is happening and why, we use root cause analysis to determine the foundational cause of the issue. You will receive an assessment and recommendations for moving forward, whether that is to close an initiative or to reinvigorate it.
