Action Research
Do you have a process, system, or initiative that needs to change or be developed and implemented quickly while ensuring the rationale and evidence is available to support the change and easily adapted to suit a dynamic context? Does your agency need support with culture change, structure change, or staff well-being? Are you looking for funding for a new initiative and need a supporting report to show the expected benefits of the initiative? Has your organisation implemented a programme that is stalling, or people are not adopting?
We offer a range of research services based in the action research methodology, which is beneficial for initiatives requiring supporting information as the change is in progress. These services will be designed to your outcomes and context so you can be assured you are not getting a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
Impact Assessment
Do you have a new process such as a policy, strategy, or system that needs to be implemented and you want to know the potential impacts before you move forward with the design or development of the new process? Do you need supporting research so you can advocate for a new process?
We offer assessments that investigate literature and research, current situation, trends, opportunities, and risks, we then engage with those who are most likely to experience impacts to gather their insights. A report is developed to show the opportunities and options to be considered prior to the new process being designed or developed. The reports can be a detailed or high-level, depending on the audience.
Evaluation
Do you have a project, programme, initiative, or activity that you want an independent review carried out to show how it has been effective, can be improved, or why it should continue? Do you have an initiative you have received funding for and need to provide accountability for?
We offer a range of evaluation services, from the quick and simple to the more detailed and complex. The evaluation process will be designed to suit your needs and follow the most appropriate type of evaluation, so the outcome is relevant and usable for current and future decision-making.
